    Divne — women's choir

The Divne choir was founded in 2016 within KPD Bratska sloga. It brings together girls aged 4 to 14 who nurture traditional songs from Žrnovo and Dalmatia. The young singers perform in authentic Korčula costumes.

Divne has performed at numerous reviews and festivals across Croatia, conveying the beauty of old songs from Žrnovo — from klapla singing to traditional melodies.

Accordion — playing tradition on Korčula

The accordion as we know it today began its development in the first half of the 19th century. By the mid-second half of that century, the first accordions started arriving on the island of Korčula, mostly from Trieste — hence the name plonerica or trieština.

In 2023, KPD Bratska sloga organized the first gathering of accordion players from the island of Korčula at the square in Postrana, reviving the tradition of playing this instrument in our region.
