This page explains what data KPD Bratska sloga collects through its website, why it collects it, and how it protects it.

1. Introduction
KPD Bratska sloga is a cultural society from Žrnovo and Postrana on the island of Korčula. This website presents the society, its programs, event announcements, and contact details. We do not collect user data through a registration or payment system.
2. Cookies
This page stores cookies in your browser. Most are necessary for the page to work; some are used to track visits, but only with your consent.
2.1 Essential cookies
These cookies are stored without your consent because the page does not work correctly without them:
- bratska-cookie-consent — Bilježi vašu odluku o prihvaćanju analitičkih kolačića (1 godina)

2.2 Analytics cookies
These cookies measure page visits. We store them only if you have accepted them:
- _ga, _ga_*, _gid — Google Analytics (2 godine / 24 sata)
If you decline them, they are not stored.
3. Personal data we collect
If you contact us by email or phone, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your enquiry. We do this so we can respond to you.
The shop on this page tracks products in a cart within your browser, but orders are not processed automatically — the system reports that online payment is in preparation and sends an enquiry to the society's address. Cart data does not leave your computer.
4. How we use your data
We use collected data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not send marketing messages or pass data to third parties for that purpose.
5. Your rights
GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (AZOP in Croatia). To exercise these rights, contact us at:

6. Security
The page is served over HTTPS, which means the connection between your browser and our server is encrypted. This is the only technical protection measure we can guarantee for data you send us by email.
7. Data sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The only exception is a legal obligation (e.g. a court or tax authority order).
Poslužitelj stranice je Cloudflare Pages. On bilježi osnovne podatke o zahtjevima (IP adresa, preglednik, vrijeme pristupa) u svrhu sigurnosti i mjerenja prometa. To čini svaki hosting poslužitelj i ti zapisi nisu povezani s vašim identitetom.
8. Data retention
We delete email data when it is no longer needed to respond to the enquiry. Cookies expire according to the timeframes listed in section 2.
E-pošta kojom komuniciramo s vama pohranjena je u Gmail računu društva. Ne posjedujemo postupak automatskog brisanja stare pošte; ako zatražite brisanje, brišemo ručno i to bilježimo.
